It takes a lot of energy to stay focused.
I wake with great intention to write, to exercise, to walk about the town, to read. But it doesn’t take much to draw my attention to the next “shiny object” that comes across my desk.

I’ve tried making lists and checking things off one at a time as I move to accomplish things… but often things get out of “order”… the “order” that I use to list things… not scientific for sure.
At the end of the day I look back at what I have accomplished, and find much of it is unfocused and spontaneous activity… wasting time… what can be done about it? Is this what life will be like from now on?
Found this video on YouTube which I found helpful…. though I was distracted several times while watching it…. sigh… But you? You should watch it to the end.:-) Tell me what you think…
Distractions are the spice of life. Focus is for watching the birds.
